Advertise on ChildCareTX
Parents arrive here deciding where to leave a one-year-old. They are young, they are local, and most of them are making several other decisions in the same month. If you are a pediatric dentist, a swim school or a children's photographer, that is the most relevant audience a local business can buy.
We are new, and we would rather you heard it from us. This site published 12,918 provider pages and 149 city pages in October 2026. Organic traffic to a new domain on a childcare safety subject takes months to arrive, and anyone selling you a Texas parenting audience today is selling you a plan. Ask us for current numbers before you commit to anything, and we will send them whether they flatter us or not.
What makes a slot worth buying
- One advertiser per page. Not a rotation and not an auction. If you take Plano, nobody else appears on that page: not another dentist, not a realtor, nobody. The build refuses to publish if a second booking is ever entered against the same page.
- A closed list of nine categories. Your trade is printed beside your placement, and a tenth category invented at sale time would overlap a slot already sold. If what you do is not on the list we will say so rather than stretch it.
- Every placement is labeled as paid. That is not a limitation we are apologizing for; it is why the page is worth being on. A parent reading an inspection record trusts the page, and an ad that tried to look like editorial would cost us that and you with it.
- You write it, and you change it. Hold a page, write the headline and the two lines yourself, and see them drawn by the same component the site uses before you commit to anything. No email thread and nobody here retyping your copy.

A metro booking is one advertiser across every city page in that metro. A metro and a city page are separate sales, though: buying the metro does not take its cities off the market, and a city sold on its own keeps that page. What a metro is worth therefore depends on which of its cities are already spoken for, which is why the figure is a range and a person quotes it, and why we tell you which pages are taken before you buy rather than after.
We only sell a metro where it covers at least 5 city pages, which is 6 of the 15. Six Texas metros are a single city page and two are a pair: at the metro rate that would be several times the price for the identical placement, so in those we sell the city page and say so.

The nine categories
- Pediatric dentistry
- Pediatrics and urgent care
- Swim schools
- Tutoring and enrichment
- Children's photography
- Kids' activities
- Pediatric therapy
- Family law
- Realtors
A closed list, on purpose. Exclusivity is the whole offer, and a tenth category invented at sale time would create a slot that overlaps one already sold. If your business does not fit any of these, say so and we will tell you honestly whether it belongs here.
What we will not do
- Make it look like editorial. Every slot carries the words Paid placement above it and your category beside it.
- Put you next to a childcare program's listing as though you were one. The provider product is separate and visibly separate.
- Sell your placement on inspection records. Ads appear on city pages, under the list, and nowhere else. They do not appear beside a named program's citation history, where an advertiser's logo would read as an endorsement of that program or an attack on it, and they do not appear on a provider's own page at all.
- Hand over parents' details. Inquiry data is never sold, to you or to anybody.
- Count a click we cannot evidence. We do not run a third-party ad network and we do not set tracking cookies on a childcare page.
Getting a slot
Sign in with your work email and the inventory shows every city page in a metro, which are taken and what each costs. Hold one for fourteen days, then write the advertisement in the same place and see it drawn exactly as it will appear. No card is taken and nothing is charged: a hold stops somebody else taking the page while the two of us settle the rest.
If you would rather write to a person, advertising@childcaretx.com reaches one. The inventory is faster because it reads the same database the pages do.
Creative is a headline, two lines of text, a phone number and a link. No images, no scripts, no third-party tags: the pages are static and load in well under a second, which is most of why anybody reads them.
