   At time of inpsection, operation was providing care for an infant. Permit is documented for 18 months to 24 months.

   746.1205(a)(4): Supervision ensures each child?s safety, well-being, including physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of each child?s on going activity

   A caregiver was observed outside of the classroom while children were napping. One child was observed down the hall unsupervised. All caregivers that were present at the time were observed standing together in the hall outside a classroom door.
