It was observed that in the older infants', toddlers', and preschool rooms, caregivers did not wash their hands after coming in from outside, after diaper changing, and before serving food.

The preschool classrooms have stopped using the sinks in the bathrooms because they clog when in use for too long. In the toddler and older infant rooms, the portable sinks are also not functioning. The sinks have not been in use for over a week.
