Four children stated they play on the free standing arch climber while they are at the YMCA afterschool program.

Children were observed running in the cafeteria, one with scissors in their hand. Children were also observed sliding across the floor and chasing each other. A counselor was observed completing janitorial and administrative tasks while children were in care and supervision help was needed.
