While the inspection was underway, the caregiver indicated that she is not subscribed to the www.cpsc.gov website, resulting in her not receiving information about products that should not be used by, or accessible to, any child.

In the course of the inspection, an infant was noticed utilizing a baby walker. The issue was promptly addressed during the inspection as the caregiver promptly intervened, taking the child out of the baby walker and discontinuing its use.
