744.1205(a)(4): Supervision ensures each child?s safety, well-being, including physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of each child?s on going activity
One caregiver was left to supervise two separate groups of children from a hallway which did not allow for proper supervision of either group. Therefore, proper supervision (proximity, audio and visual) was not followed for both group for an extended period of time.
